She fell in love with communications around the same time she fell in love with theme parks. As a teenager working at Cedar Point, she realized she didn’t just want to be part of the magic; she wanted to be the one inviting everyone else to join in. That spark launched a lifelong mission: to create experiences that are more meaningful, inclusive, and joy-filled.

Kristy’s professional path has included award-winning public relations campaigns, headline-grabbing museum exhibitions, community-first initiatives, and crisis communications grounded in empathy. Her specialty? Making science accessible, making brands relatable, and making people feel seen, even when the topic is complex.

Offstage, Kristy is... also on stage. She has been the lead singer in a rock band through the School of Rock Columbus and a proud improv comedy performer. She’s a firm believer that performance and leadership go hand in hand, and she utilizes both to coach teams, host events, and captivate audiences.
